Services for people with disabilities

Our services for people with disabilities are designed to make it easier to live with a chronic illness or injury.

Our services for people with disabilities are designed to make it easier to live with a chronic illness or injury. The goal is to make it possible for you to work, study, get around and lead as full a life as possible despite your disability.

We provide a transport service for people with disabilities who are unable to use public transport without assistance. The transport service is available for commuting to work or to an educational institution where the customer is enrolled on a degree course. Eligible customers also get 18 one-way journeys for leisure purposes and for running errands each month.

One of the services that we most typically provide for people with disabilities is a personal carer. Our personal carers are trained to help you with daily chores as well as your studies and work. They can offer assistance with any task that you find difficult to perform on your own due to your disability.

If you have a developmental disability that prevents you from working, we can get you involved in daytime activities such as volunteering or vocational rehabilitation.

Many of our customers take advantage of our assisted living services for people with disabilities. The scale of assistance depends on your personal needs. Instead of getting you into assisted living, we can offer you short-term or long-term family-based care to ensure that you are looked after 24/7.

Applications for informal care allowances for persons under the age of 65 years as well as for cover while the regular carer is on leave are handled by our team of professionals specialising in services for people with disabilities.

There are many forms of financial assistance available for people with disabilities. Our professionals will explain the options to you and identify the best services for your needs.
