Social services for adults

Social services for adults are designed to ensure the social wellbeing and independent coping of working-age people (people aged between 18 and 64 years) who live alone, with a partner or with a family. The objective is to make life easier and strengthen the ability of individuals to function as active members of society. The services are provided in close cooperation with the client and their loved ones.

We can help, for example, if you are struggling with your finances or with finding housing, employment or educational opportunities, if you are worried about your mental health, substance use, wellbeing, coping or social relationships. We always tailor our services to suit your individual needs.

How does it work?

If you are a new client or if you are in urgent need of help, contact our hotline for working-age people. If you are already a client of social services for adults, just get in touch with your case worker.

If you are concerned about a loved one or someone else, contact the hotline for working-age people so that we can assess whether social services need to intervene.

You can call us about yourself or another person.

Who is it for?

Our services are designed for people aged between 18 and 64 years who live or have a permanent residence in Hyvinkää, Järvenpää, Nurmijärvi, Mäntsälä, Pornainen or Tuusula in the wellbeing services county of Central Uusimaa.
