Advice and guidance for families

We employ a team of professionals who can talk you through your concerns. We can give you advice and guidance on the phone, or refer you to the correct service provider. Our professionals are also trained to assess the urgency of your situation and ensure that you always get the help you need. You can also contact us if you want advice on how to report or address your concerns about another family.

We also provide consultancy to other professionals.

If you are already a client of social services, just get in touch with your case worker. See our website for more detailed, service-specific contact information.

How does it work?

This service is primarily designed for families with children under the age of 18 years who live or have a residence in Hyvinkää, Järvenpää, Nurmijärvi, Mäntsälä, Pornainen or Tuusula in the wellbeing services county of Central Uusimaa.

We also welcome calls from children and adolescents themselves.
